Molly M. O'Reilly was born in Elmhurst, Illinois, on May 31, 1966. She was admitted to the Illinois Bar and the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 1991. She is currently a member of the Federal Trial Bar, the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. She completed her preparatory education at Boston College (B.A. Magnum Cum Laude, 1988). She completed her legal education at IIT/Chicago Kent College of Law (J.D. with Honors, 1991). She is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association and the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers.

John F. O'Reilly was born in Elmhurst, Illinois, on August 3, 1967. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar, the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the U. S. Court of Appeals Seventh Circuit in 1992. He completed his preparatory education at Providence College (B.A. Cum Laude, 1989) and Blackfriar's College, Oxford University, Oxford, England. He completed his legal education at the University of Notre Dame Law School (J.D. 1992). He is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
